Ski-in/ski-out access, great indoor pool, and friendly staff. Loved the French cuisine and the poolside location. The free wifi was a plus too.
The breakfast options were so exciting, I felt like I was eating the same thing every day of my stay. So original!

The chalet-style rooms at Le Grand Hotel are cozy and comfortable. The premium bedding makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, and the small north-facing window gives you a charming view of the town. Plus, the Nespresso coffee machine is a nice touch for us caffeine lovers.
Personally, I found the lack of a larger window a bit disappointing, but I understand that some guests might still appreciate the traditional chalet feel.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel & Spa in a newly renovated deluxe room. The stylish decor and comfortable amenities made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was high quality, although a bit repetitive over my 3-day stay. The manager and staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. The spa, bar, and sun terrace with an outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its grandeur and excellent services.

The location is wicked, right across from Ratier Gondola. We spent our days shredding the slopes, hiking, and mountain biking like total legends. The hotel was super clean and comfy, making it the perfect basecamp for all our epic adventures.
The only thing we wish was different is that the hotel could have had a killer party scene for us young, party-going people. We had a blast with all the outdoor activities, but a vibrant nightlife would've been the cherry on top of our adrenaline-fueled trip!

The chalet-style rooms at this hotel have all the amenities you need, including a minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine. During my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options to satisfy every craving. It was like having a personal chef preparing a feast just for me!
Bathroom door a bit rickety and doesn't exactly make the bathroom private.

The hotel had a convenient and strategic location close to the ski lift, making it easy for me to access skiing activities. the staff proved to be friendly and welcoming, which made my stay memorable. Lastly, the hotel amenities, including the ski and boot room, were modern and luxurious, creating a relaxing environment for my stay.
The room facilities were not up to standard, with some design issues such as the small and cramped room size and the blocked temperature settings on the shower. the absence of a bedside mat made it uncomfortable to get out of bed, especially in the cold stone-tiled ground floor rooms.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They helped us change our reservation without any extra charges and even upgraded our room. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel's location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, as it is just opposite the main ski lift and in front of the slopes.
This place is recommendable for families.

I was able to store my bike safely in the underground garage, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent, right across from the main ski lift. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The location was perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the Ratier Gondola. Our little ones, who are both under 2 years old, absolutely loved the surrounding nature and fresh mountain air. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more children's activities available at the hotel.

The hotel is ideally located opposite the main ski lift, making it easy to hit the slopes in the morning. The on-site restaurant is a great option for a cozy dinner after a long day of skiing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from to start the day right.
While the hotel location is fantastic, the street outside can be quite noisy at times, detracting from the otherwise peaceful environment.
